Warranty, We warrant that our Patio Covers, Screen Rooms and Sunrooms, when installed with proper engineering and permitting in accordance with local building codes and in accordance with Manufacturers installation instructions, are free from defects in material and workmanship and the finish on the products will not chip, peel, flake, or blister under conditions of ordinary wear for the lifetime of the product.
Included with all Patio Covers, Sunrooms, Room Enclosures and Screen Rooms installed on or after January 25, 2016.
We will:
• Clean Gutter
• Check Sealant Wear
• Ensure Drainage
• Inspect Structural Integrity
• Make Adjustments as needed
Our customers can also use the first three years covered by the service agreement as an opportunity to learn how to properly maintain and service their new investment in the following years.
All you have to do is call us once a year to schedule your maintenance appointment.
